Five nights and six days at Eremito in Umbria, Italy.
Daily workshops and experiences led by Andrea (Ada) Friedrich and Julia von Winterfeldt.
Daily meditation, nature walks, and three nourishing meals per day provided by our hosts at Eremito.
Two online meetings (before and after the retreat) for orientation and integration.
What’s Not Included
Airfare to/from Florence or Rome airport.
Transportation to/from the retreat venue.
Visa or government entry fees, travel insurance, spa treatments, or private sessions with Ada, Julia, or other practitioners.

This ensures your participation in this exclusive experience, designed to inspire and empower your next chapter.
The remaining balance of €2,850 (or €2,550 for a shared room) will be invoiced and due by March 10, 2025. Once your downpayment is received, we’ll officially reserve your spot and share all the details you need to prepare for this unforgettable retreat in the serene hills of Umbria, Italy.

Retreat Schedule
Arrival: Tuesday, April 22nd, at 5 PM.
Departure: Sunday, April 27th, at 1 PM.

Daily Schedule
7:00 AM: Morning Meditation / Movement / Breathwork
8:00–10:00 AM: Breakfast & Personal Time
10:00 AM–1:30 PM: Group Session or Outdoor Activities
1:30–3:00 PM: Lunch & Rest
3:00–7:00 PM: Group Session or Outdoor Activities
Evening: Group discussions and inspirational talks.
(Schedule flexibility is available to meet the group’s needs, guided by Ada and Julia.)
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and are 100% non-refundable from final payment date to departure date.
If your plans change you can organise with us to transfer your deposit and/or final booking to someone else up until one week prior to the retreat start date on your own arrangement under the assumption the person is a fit for the group. Contact us to organise.
